PERSONAL TRAINING

We offer you a safe and secure training experience in the heart of Castleknock. No expense has been spared in creating your premium, private gym. 

 

Whether your goals are fat loss, building muscle, or strength training, we can work with you to achieve them. Train privately or with your friends in our comfortable private gym.

Our focus is geared towards you. We will support you every step of the way. 

We also offer massage to relieve any aches and pains that you may have.

wHY TRAIN?

Why train? To be healthier, stronger, fitter...

 

There are many benefits to resistance training, including:

  • Increasing bone mineral density - important for reducing the effects of osteoporosis. 

  • Increasing physical function - move better. 

  • Decreasing body fat - blast away unwanted body fat and feel better in your clothes. 

  • Increasing muscular strength - makes picking up the kids or grandkids a lot easier. 

  • Increasing muscular power - important for winning your game e.g. tennis, golf, jogging.

  • Increasing muscle mass - this can help the body burn more fat. 

  • Increasing resting metabolic rate - a fitter body is a stronger body. 

These benefits have positive effects on the body's systems; most notably the musculoskeletal system, the endocrine system, the nervous system, and the cardio-respiratory system.

Combining these positive effects of resistance training with better dietary habits will help to improve another essential system of the body, the digestive system.

Nutrition is a key element in living a healthy life. Providing your body with the fuel it requires can often seem like a complicated task. At Castleknock Personal Training we keep nutrition simple, but effective.

We cater for private 1-to-1 clients; clients that wish to train with a partner; and for those that wish to train in a small group with some of their friends or colleagues.

We offer a wide range of training options to suit all needs. Whether you're a beginner or a regular gym-goer we have a plan for you.
