Our Mission

The mission is simple: build strength, get fitter, and create a healthy body.

 

This is what we offer at Castleknock Personal Training. We have created a space for you to train in private. Castleknock Personal Training is a premium gym facility, where we have carefully selected high-quality equipment to ensure every training session is a success.  

 

Our method is also simple: we combine smart training with a feasible nutrition plan.

  • Smart training: what does it mean? â€‹ Put simply, we don't guess. By that we mean we plan each resistance training program based on your goal. Every exercise, set, and rep is carefully chosen with your training goal at the forefront of the plan. 

  • Nutrition: instead of telling you what we think you should eat, we will sit down together and create a nutrition plan that you can follow. Diets shouldn't be complicated, but they do need to be effective in order for you to reach your goal. When it comes to diets, think long-term. Yo-yo diets are unsustainable, and are scientifically proven not to work long-term.  

  • Underpinning your training and nutrition plan is support. We understand that starting off can be a daunting experience. Rest assured, support is there for every set, rep, step, and bite.

In 2008 I swapped a career in finance for a career in health. After I qualified as a personal trainer in 2009, my goal was to learn from the best in the business. I've travelled extensively over the years with the sole aim of gathering as much information from those that are recognised as some of the best in this industry. These coaches include Stéphane Cazeault, Charles Poliquin, Alexandra Bernardin, and Yas Parr. By educating myself from these coaches I strive to deliver a service that empowers my clients to take control of their health.
